These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WorkplaceAICertification.com (the "Site") and any materials, services, training, templates, downloads, or software provided by Workplace AI Certification ("we," "us," "our").
By using the Site or downloading materials, you agree to these Terms.
1) What we provide
We provide compliance-focused training materials, policy templates, evidence pack examples, and related services. Some offerings may include optional software (e.g., "Paste Guard") or implementation support.
2) No legal advice
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our materials are informational and operational. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any policies or program content with your legal/compliance team.
3) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site or materials, including by:
- attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
- distributing malware, scraping, or interfering with the Site
- using our materials in a way that violates laws or third-party rights
4) Downloads and license (templates and documents)
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded materials internally within your organization for evaluation and/or program deployment.
- You may modify templates for internal use.
- You may not resell, publish, or redistribute the materials publicly as your own product.
- If you received "Legal/Procurement Review Copies," they are for internal evaluation only unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5) Payments and refunds (if applicable)
If you purchase services:
- fees, scope, and deliverables will be described in a proposal, invoice, or SOW
- unless otherwise stated, payments are due upon receipt
- any refund terms will be specified in the proposal/SOW
6) Disclaimers
The Site and materials are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific compliance outcomes or that using our materials alone will satisfy all regulatory requirements. Compliance depends on your organization's policies, systems, and enforcement.
7) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workplace AI Certification will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or materials will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months for the applicable services (or $100 if you paid nothing).
8) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
